Poor Quality Product
I bought 4 of these cameras from Amazon.com and I can't use broadband internet or Skype if the cameras are active. Also, the term "wireless" is not correct. I had to run electrical outlets to each camera plus ethernet cables to and from an ethernet switch. I finally gave up and disconnected all 4 cameras. At least now I can use Skype and broadband internet.

I haven't still succeeded to run this IP cam.
I haven't still succeeded to run this IP cam.
If anyone will able to help on running this IP cam,
I will be glad so much.
I have a static IP and I had done all the settings or
I think so..
But I didn't reach the other camera settings at the moment.
Also, in Turkey we use 220 volt AC power.
But the AC power unit is according to US standarts
that is 110 volt AC power.
I will take an other converter to change the
voltage 220 to 110.Until coming that converter,
I use a battery unit including 4 AA 1,5 volt cells.
But the camera spends the current too speedy.
If I succeed to run this IP camera,
I will be very happy.

WebCam on WiFi
Very complicated to install and would not work with WiFi. I could only make it work on LAN cabled connection.

Piece of Junk
This camera has been nothing but problems. When I first received it, I set it up and it functioned okay. The video is acceptable during the daytime when there's plenty of light, but the video quality quickly degrades when the sun goes down and there's only artificial light. The picture quality is really only decent when the subject is illuminated by full, direct sunlight or the equivalent brightness of artificial light. Anything less than that and the picture is incredibly grainy.
After using the camera for a few weeks, the problems started. One day, it just wouldn't respond. I unplugged the power, plugged it back in, and then it worked again. A couple days later, the same thing happened. This continued for a while, with the necessary resets becoming more and more frequent. Eventually, it would only work for about 30 minutes before it stopped responding and I had to unplug the power. I searched the online forums and found a number of other people were having the same problem. A few people suggested assigning it a static IP address instead of dynamic. I tried that but it did not help. I contacted Linksys technical support (via webchat) and described my problem. They pretty quickly decided that my unit was defective and I needed a new one. They gave me an RMA but I had to pay for return shipping.
A week later, my replacement unit showed up. This one for some reason has the most pathetic wireless signal I have ever seen. If I move the camera more than about 10 feet from the base station, the picture immediately slows down to about 1 frame of video every 2 seconds (within 10 feet it is about 10 frames per second). It doesn't slowly degrade -- at about 10 feet distance, it immediately drops from 10fps to 0.5fps. My laptop sitting right next to the camera reports 99% excellent signal strength (both 15 feet away from the wireless base station). I contacted Linksys tech support about this and they suggested a bunch of useless things like reinstalling the firmware, changing the channel of my wireless network, etc. They concluded it was a problem with my wireless access point which of course is out of warranty and they can't assist me with. But I have 5 other wireless devices that work just fine in my house when more than 10 feet from the base station.
Now to cap it off, the new unit has begun to stop responding after a few days of operation. I presume in a week or two it will be as useless as the first unit.
I will never, ever buy a webcam from Linksys again.

Linksys Wirless G Camera
I purchased the camera, it worked for 3 mins while I was trying to set it up and I followed the instructions to the point where is said, pull the power out and put it back in again and the device has never turned on again
